Pantone Color of the Year 2016

For the first time ever, Pantone has announced two colors as its 2016 Colors of the Year: Rose Quartz and Serenity.

Pantone Color of the Year 2016: Rose Quartz & Serenity

A softer take on color for the upcoming year, Rose Quartz and Serenity blend together to reflect "an inherent balance between a warmer embracing rose tone and a cooler tranquil blue, demonstrating connection and wellness as well as a soothing sense of order and peace."

Pantone's color experts released a statement to explain the choice: "Rose Quartz is a persuasive yet gentle tone that conveys compassion and a sense of composure. Weightless and airy, Serenity comforts with a calming effect, bringing feelings of respite and relaxation even in turbulent times."

A stark contrast to last year's Marsala, Rose Quartz and Serenity are a harmonious pairing of inviting shades with countless opportunities.

In honor of the 2016 Colors of the Year, we have compiled a collection of Quartz and Serenity fabrics from our family of brands. Enjoy!
